I'm 27 weeks pregnant and have noticed this past couple of days that my bump is lower than it used to be. A girl who I work with was off last week, back today and also commented on it. Is this something I should be concerned about or is it normal?
Also, my second question is that I'm feeling a lot less movement than I did the past few weeks. Is this normal? I'm still feeling movement, but not half as much!
my bump was awfully low by 30wk, by 31wk i cudnt hardley cross my legs they do drop , some eariler than other, as for movements you can see ur mw and can be monitored it ur not happy, but they do move less when running out of more space/having lazy days etc x
hey hun i think as baby grows and weight increases your bump is bound to get lower!! i found from about 27 weeks up until this week my little man was very quiet. id still feel movement but no where near as much... but now this week i feel loads again so maybe he's just gone through a big growth spurt lol. however if your any way worried at all about movement get checked out! it could be that baby is after turning and changing positions also but better safe eh? xxxxxxxxxxx
Thanks girls. Definitely think my bump is normal then. Going to monitor the movement a little bit and if I'm worried then I'll call my midwife. They're a nightmare to get hold of! I'm sure it's all find though because I do feel him move, just not as often. Have got mw appointment next Tuesday so if I don't call then I'll mention it to them then x
