Why Hello 4am, nice to see you. Again.

NOT! I had high hopes for being able to sleep tonight, I was in bed at 10, fast asleep, my husband didn't wake me when he came to bed at some point after that...and then my bladder woke me at 3 and that was it, I'm awake. I really hope this isn't how every night is going to go until the end of this pregnancy, which is potentially another 4 weeks !!

I have been waking up at 4 am every night for the past week. Then I can't fall back asleep. It's not cool.

Well misery loves company so I'm glad it's not just me! My cousin told me the same thing happened to her on her last baby, 4am was it for her every morning. I can't lie there listening to DH snore, so couch/laptop/tea it is

Are you hungry? What's keeping you up?

No the snoring's not actually keeping me up, it's not even that bad. This morning I am just...awake! inexplicable really. Hoping I can get a couple more hours soon!

Not even hungry this morning!

I was that way last night. I had a restless night and I don't even know why.

Maybe our babies are making us practice having less sleep for when they arrive.
My muscles won't relax and I still feel hungry even after toast and yogurt. I refuse to eat more. I'm going to read and listen to my hypnobirthing hypnosis track.
Good luck to you! I hope we can get some much needed rest.
