Braxton hicks every 7-10 minutes with increase cm?

Could this be the start of something? I've been timing them and they are about every 7-10 minutes lasting about 30 seconds and when I went to the bathroom I noticed an increase in cm. I have had pretty intense bh all day but now they getting regular just not hurting.

Correction, the last one had a little pain in my lower abdomen.

I've had long periods (e.g. all day/night) of regular 5 minute contractions lasting a minute for the past week and my cervix is still closed! So, not to be a downer, it could be the start of something, or it could be the start of a long bout of "pre-labor" that a lot of us here seem to be going through
