Are you pregnant and in your third trimester? Or a new mum with a baby under 1-year-old?
We would love to know about your sleeping habits and mental well-being. I am a Masters student at the University of Glasgow studying Psychology and this research is interested in the link between well-being and sleep quality and patterns in pregnant and postpartum women.
Everyone knows these times are tough on women’s sleeping patterns but we’d love to hear a bit more from your experiences.
