Diabetes is a common disease that is important to understand and monitor during pregnancy. 3 to 8 out of every 100 women develop gestational diabetes.

Hoping to learn more about the population's understanding of diabetes and pregnancy, we are asking for your help by responding to the following questionnaire.

The information from this survey will help doctor's understand the populations' knowledge of diabetes during pregnancy. It will assist physicians in providing the correct information to their patients and to be better doctors.
