Parental self-esteem exercise research

Hi,

I am an undergraduate researcher at the University of Sussex who would like your help to take part in our online exercise which focuses on self-esteem.

Low self esteem is one of the symptoms of Postnatal Depression and we are hoping that if we are able to increase self esteem levels using these interventions then we can in turn lower levels of Postnatal Depression.

So as you can see your participation is very important and will be greatly appreciated.

Criteria to participate:

- Participants must be parents who are over 18 years old.
- Have had a child in the past 18 months.
- Can read and write in fluent English.

Our study takes about 30 minutes to complete and here is the link:

https://www.lifesci.sussex.ac.uk/research/psylab/ selfesteem/

Participants also stand a chance to win a prize draw of 1 of 2 prizes of £25!

Thank you for your help,

Elizabeth Tuudah.

(Please contact me if you have any queries at et89@sussex.ac.uk).
