Just in case you havent tried this...
It took 4 rounds of IVF to get pregnant w my son. Round 4 only worked after going gluten free and an endometrial biopsy showed that inflammation i had previously was no longer there (thanks to gluten free diet). I stayed gluten free and got pregnant w baby#2 the first cycle I tracked ovulation postpartum. Just having sex at home. We couldnt believe it. Now a friend who has been ttc for TEN YEARS just went gluten free and got pregnant naturally at 38 years old. I believe in my heart this may be the key for SOME people who are struggling. I know everyone's issues are different, so I'm not making any assumptions. But felt compelled to share in hopes that it would help someone. Esp those who are unexplained infertility, endo or low amh. I was told all three of those things.

Crazy! I think I watched on Regis and kelly many years ago that Kelly Ripa also could not get pregnant and after going gluten free did get pregnant. I wonder if this mainly applies to those with some kind of gluten sensitivity? And maybe they dont even know they have it? Or does gluten just cause inflammation in everyone? If so then why do some get pregnant so quick while eating lots of it?
As for me, I got pregnant with my 1st 3 kids very quickly and this time it's not working out. I have eaten gluten my whole life. I love bread! I have thought of going gluten free or dairy free to see if it helps when we start trying again. May as well. I wonder how long you have to be off of them for the inflammation to go away?
I just cant figure out what is going on with me this time around. I had my hormones checked, had an HSG and saline ultrasound and all came back normal. Dh semen analysis is normal too.

So sorry youre struggling this time around. Everyone is different so I'm sure while gluten and dairy are both inflammatory foods, some are unaffected by them. I had a celiac test done and I do not have gluten allergy. I had four endometrial biopsies done and they all showed chronic inflammation that would not go away with antibiotics until i finally went gluten free and my biopsy was clear within 2 months. So crazy. Best of luck to you and i hope it helps!!
