Calling out to all you lovely brides and brides to be.

Looking for a wedding dress that falls into the the under £250 as that is about the amount we can afford within the budget. Would prefer not to buy from China etc as have heard some real horror stories, anyone out there got any ideas?

Have you had a look in Monsoon or BHS? They do wedding dresses within that budget

It might be worth looking on preloved.com for a secondhand designer dress, or find out about any sample sales happening in your area

Dresses from BHS are definitely on my list.....need to find time to get to the store closest to me so I can actually try some on but it is 80 miles away and I don't drive and neither does MOH lol

I like the Camille, its lovely. It says you can return the dresses bought online, so maybe worth ordering and trying on at home if you cant get to the store? x

Have you seen the ones they do in Asda now for £60 :shock:

Have you also thought about buying 2nd hand? You can often get a dress for 1/3rd of its value :)

Hi hun have you tried ebay? Or if you google Island Elegance they are a shop in the Isle of Wight and it was orignally the place I was going to get my dress from before I got pg I figured that as it was a uk based store they would be more trustworthhy then getting one from China. Now I have opted for a dress in a local bridal shop to ensure it fits me when I've had my son. x
