Nipple Pain anyone?! :s
 

i was wondering if anyone has the same problem as me. its getting me worried. im not currently pregnant so i know its not to do with that. and theres no brest pain, no lumps, nothing really. what iv noticed was that throughout the colder months mostly i randomly suffer with nipple pains(both nipples and always at the same time) they basically become hyper sensitive, harden up and i csnt even touch them or do anything cos i can hardly focus due to the pain. anyone else with the same symptoms or any idea what it could be? thanks in advance x

I occasionally get nipple pain (not breast pain) with PMS - they actually burn

my guess, is your nipples are standing up at attention because they are cold, have you tried putting heat on them or try to keep them warm with patches or something?
