Soy, Vitex? Where to go next? Help...

Hi Ladies,
So we have been trying to conceive # 2 for over 2 years. I just finished my final round of Clomid and now can't get into the FS for almost 3 months. I'm just wondering about soy Isoflavones and about Vitex? I've only heard a bit here and there, haven't done much research as I was sure I was pregnant this cycle, but AF just came today. I'm going to the States on Monday where these are more readily available so I'm looking for some help on where to go next.
I do have PCOS, cycle's range from about 35 days, all the way up to 90 something. I just started BBT and this last cycle, confirmed I did ovulate on the Clomid 100 mg. We aren't going to do IVF but are looking into IUI when we go back but I'd like to do everything I can in the meantime. ANY help would be more than helpful, thanks in advance...

Heya,

Im probably going to tell you what you have already seen online while researching about the soy. But i found that it acts like the clomid and it is taken just like it aswell. I havent taken it myself yet but i shall be giving it a try. They recommend taking about 150mg of it a day. I found some to buy in tescos which is he cheapest ive seen at 3.99 an they are on the 3 for 2 offer. They are 40mg so a box would be about a months worth. I have tried agnus castus but i got a really sore migraine like headache o it so i dont think i will take it again but that is taken from 1st day of cycle until you ovulate an then u stop. I hav also read about coq10 which helps with egg qualtiy aswell. Im not sure if any of this helps you but hopefully i have answer atleast one question you have on this.

Lots and lots of babydust to you xx
