lower progesterone level on clomid but higher off clomid

Hello ladies!! I started my first round of clomid 50 mg on nov 28th and now waiting on AF to come. I had a positive OV on cd16 and I started exoeriencing sharp twinges 5dpo in my uterus area which I thought was weird. I knew it was too soon for implantation so anyway I went for my 21d blood test and my progesterone level was 8.1. I was told by my gyne's assistant that the levels were a bit low. I'm still waitin for AF to come but I'm already assuming that I'm not pregnant due to low progesterone. I dont really feel pregnant but I have been real moody and a little nauseated this past week which I'm blaming it on PMS. Has anyone ever had a low progesterone and still found out they were pregnant? Another thing too...My last progesterone level off clomid was 18 which I thought was odd.

And my gyne recommended me to increase Clomid to 100mg next cycle. So we will see what happens.

Hiya, low progesterone can be associated with PMS - I have both! They sometimes prescribe progesterone supplements for PMS - I'm on them for recurrent miscarriage and while they don't seem to have solved that they have helped with the PMS, which is something I suppose! Not sure about clomid etc. though .

thanks girls...the witch hasnt yet shown her face yet. My cycles are usually 28-33 days. I am so obssessed with this baby thing. I keep feelin like im prego. Mood swings, sore bb's, swollen hips,..the usual pms symptoms but also pregnancy symptoms. I dont want to get all geeked up. I know this is goin to be an emotional roller coaster.

So crypto did you end up getting pregnant on clomid?
