Metformin successes?

I have PCOS and am on 3000mg of metformin a day. I'm just looking for any success stories if metformin alone has helped anyone ovulate?

1500-2000 MG of metformin worked for me! I have PCOS diagnosed in 2007. I conceived in 2012 on 2000 MG of metformin and had a healthy boy. I also conceived three times in 2016--two were without the metformin and I miscarried. The third was with metformin 1500 MG and everything is going well!

Congratulations on the here's to the rest of a healthy pregnancy for you
Thank you for replying on my other question too, about the myo-inositol. I've reduced my Metformin down to 1500mg a day as felt the 3000mg I was on was a bit too much but today I introduced the myo-inositol powder, started at 500mg and going to gradually work my way up to 4g as that's what's recommended for PCOS. Hopefully with that and the Metformin I'll have a bit of luck. I also have an OvuSense fertility monitor arriving within the next couple of days so I'll be able to see if and when I'm ovulating.
