Get cycle back in sync?

So my cycles have always been long (33-35 days) but recently they've jumped to 50-55 days!

Before, I know I was ovulating - and I did manage to get pregnant three times in 4 years (although I had two miscarriages plus two IVF miscarriages).

Now, I've got my first (self-funded) IVF appointment on Monday for treatment Aug/ Sep and I really don't want to do it all again. I'm desperate to get my cycle back down to 33 days so I at least have a chance of getting pregnant before I do the IVF thing... and who knows? It might stick...

Any ideas on how to get me back in sync? I've tried losing weight (I'm down 14lbs and I'm only just above "normal" BMI) and I've cut down my alcohol and caffeine intake drastically. I'm taking Agnus Castus but if it's having any effect, I'm not seeing it yet (Although to be fair, I haven't given it very long).

After my miscarriage last year my cycles went crazy anywhere from 28-40 days. For the past 3 months I've been taking 800 mcg of Folic Acid and now they've been between 29-31 days.

You could give acupuncture a try, but I don't think there are any quick solutions for cycle regularity
