just eat loads of fruit and veg, limit the processed foods, cook things from scratch, limit bread and milk (try rice milk or other types), try to avoid fast food, avoid greasy foods etc and get some exercise - but not too much. Everything in moderation is key - but to be honest I dont get too worried about the food thing anymore - i was at the beginning of my TTC journey but then I think of all the people I know who have a terrible diet, drink loads, some are overweight etc and they all got pregnant in month 1 or 2. So my new rule is a little of what you fancy does you no harm!! So I have take away the odd time, sweets, chocolate, and alcohol.

I have seen a TTC book by Vita West - called something like fertility and conception. She lists lots of foods that are good for fertility and their specific functions.

I agree with what reba said - plenty of fruit and veg is the key and a generally well balanced diet. Zinc is really important in fertility, and you can get a lot of that (plus a lot of other minerals you need for cell regeneration) by eating seeds and nuts. I have been going crazy on the seeds and nuts this cycle.
I still have a glass of red and a piece of chocolate most nights though - lol! You gotta live right??
Good luck!

Have a read of 'The Baby-Making Bible: Simple steps to enhance your fertility and improve your chances of getting pregnant' tells you food for your type! I really enjoyed it.
