hey all for the last few weks every night i have had dreams i get a its the same dream every night, just do the test and see it change thats all that happens, when i wake up ihave to check to make sure its a dream only to be thrown into depression, funny thing is it happens at the same time each night because each time i have woke up at 5:50am on the dot this has been happening for at least 13-15days now, i dunno how to stop it because its just making me worse, this is our 37th month TTC and when got my period other night made it worse
anyone else get this? anyone got any ideas how to get this to stop? i thought all wedding planning would have helped not made it worse.
I know it sounds weird, but if you're having the dream at the same time every night and it's getting you so down, changing your sleep pattern may help. Try going to bed at a different time or even setting an alarm to wake you up at say 4ish so that when you go back to sleep you're into a different type of sleep. I know it sounds odd, but it may just break the pattern x
