The N-acetyl-cysteine that is mentions is available in a Natural Factor vit complex of Antioxidants...but says that DCI has the same effects...so hence taking something like chiral balance or (if you are in canada like me and have a hard time importing these things you can get glucosmart...which is what i purchased)
There is some impressive research that shows it can enhance the effectiveness of clomiphene....so it cannot hurt to try, as there is absolutely NO negative interactions.....unlike some of the other things we have been told work but can fight against us like Maca and Soy Isos
Hope someone finds this helpful or encouraging.
OH!! ps. I have a good friend, with 3 adopted children who was told she'd never have her own children, who was only on DCI for a couple of months when she fell pregnant on her own!
IF that isn't encouraging, I don't know what is
No problem. i have had 2 unsuccessful rounds of Clomid. When my friend got pregnant, I researched the product and when I found out it does not negatively interact with Clomid and can actually increase it's effectiveness, I knew it was something I had to try. My next round of Clomid doesn't start until the middle of February
Hm that's interesting!! Makes me want to give it a try.
I have been ttc sinced 8/10 as well and after no success I just think, when the research shows this can help....I've got nothing to lose.....unlike soy iso's or maca....which negatively (or at least reportedly) interact with your clomid....i feel like this is a safer option that could really help.
