When do you go to the doctor?

Im not ready to go yet, and dont think they would listen if i did. but i tired since my son was born, took me 11 months to get a BFP and then lost it at 11 weeks, that was 6 weeks ago. so right now its still early days from MC but im wondering how long i should leave it before i demand tests.

I guess im not really LTTTC because of the MC, so hope you dont mind me poping over, but just wondering when people can go to the doctor?

Hi hun
To be honest I'd go whenever you're ready. They'd be happy most likely to do routine blood tests after TTC for 11 months and if they come back ok they'll probably refer you. I had the tests done after four months TTC - just happened to have a GP who said we might as well get them done. Good luck x

Hey chick, as sunshine says go when you are ready. You are LTTTC - it's been over 1yr since you started trying and no bambino . I'm sure they will listen and you won't have to demand tests. I'm sure they will want to understand why you mc'd in the first place to make certain it doesn't happen next time. Best of luck chick.

Thanks hun ... my new doctors are useless here, but i also dont feel ready yet. i figure if it hasnt happened in the next 3/4 cycles i will def go.

Im not really sure where I belong as I do already have a child, who is 14 months, I tried since he was born, although not actively in the begining, but we havent ever prevented.

wishing all you lovely ladies loads of luck and hoping to see your BFP announcements soon x
