Information for my DH...

Can anyone suggest any books or places to find good information about assisted conception that I can direct my DH to?

He really is clueless and doesn't want to listen to me (as I think he thinks it kind of makes it too scientific and not 'natural'). I just want some kind of information source to give him that he can take it at his own pace...

Any ideas gratefully received!

xx

I have a book called fertility and conception by zita west that is pretty good as it has a large section on assisted conception all explained really clearly. I got it from waterstones but can prob get it on amazon. x

Yes, he's taking a men's conception vit, he's had SA and we've already been to the FS. I've been put on Clomid and I've done my best to explain what it means, what it does and all the info that the FS gave us... he's just not really listening to me... I think it's all just too scientific coming from me!

We've been told that we may well need to go straight to IVF and he asked me if that meant he would still be the father... I felt so sorry for him and I explained but I think he is just in shock.

Have decided that I will probably buy a book about it all and we can read it together - that way everyone wins... That's the plan anyway, I hope I can get him to share it with me.

Thanks for the comments.

xx

Not from what the FS said on Tuesday but it depends on the severity of my endo - I need to get a report from my previous consultant and it'll depend on that. I think to be honest that I'm ok with it - at least I know there's a reason why I'm not getting pregnant. I'm still hoping that Clomid will sort me out first though!
