spotting since 10 dpo still spotting at 16dpo. Why???

please dont rnr!
I have been spotting since 10 dpo and i am still spotting at 16dpo.
Look at my chart I dont think i ovulated as an ultrasound at 14dpo showed many follicles but all less than 10mm. I did get a positive opk at 16dpo but my temps didnt show ovulation.

Did I ovulate?

my nipples have been tender for a while i got a bfn a few days ago. so does any one know what is going on.

it is just light brown to light pink cm
when it started on 10dpo it was dark brown cm but only on that day now it is lighter colored

it is so light that i only see it when i wipe. I dont need a liner or anything.

what is causing this?

Judging by your temps, I would say you didn't ovulate, but then again, I can't relay on my temps for that either (I have opposite problem, mine keep raising throughout the cycle and FF keeps putting new O days, while there's no real ovulation).

Your spotting might be just your period starting slowly. A couple of months back I had a few anovulatory cycles like that. There's enough estrogen in your system to cause lining to build up and then it just can't sustain itself anymore without progesterone. In my case I would eventually get proper flow after 7-10 days of light spotting.

That makes sense except I went over 2 years without a period and only had break through bleeding once right before I went on provera the first time. The doc after the ultrasound told me she was surprised I wasn't bleeding heavily because my lining was so thick. Then my last us showed my lining as normal for where I was in my cycle. So I don't really think it's that but yet again my body is dumb and unpredictable.

Hi hun, looking at your chart I would say you haven't ovulated yet. Perhaps give it a week and if still no full flow look into getting your period jump started by your doctor?

Apparently there are two types of anovulatory bleeding. One is when the lining is too thick to "hold on". And another is estrogen withdrawl. This was your first time trying Clomid, right? Perhaps, it gave your estrogen a boost in the first half of the cycle and now that the effect is wearing off, you're starting withdrawl bleeding?

I do this too, you know, try to find some reasonable explanation to what's going on in my body Every single time I think my cycles settled into some sort of pattern and I think I know what to expect, the whole thing gets turned upside down and I'm back to theorizing about it
