Some people write their success stories of how they finally got pg for others to read. I go in there sometimes when I'm looking for hope.

Thanks for replying ladies I feel really positive at the moment!! Just wondering, I am a little concerned I am not going to be monitored via scans at all!? I have to freeze urine samples to hand in in a months time. Has anyone been tracked this way when using clomid?? xxxxxxx

haha, i've never heard of frozen pee before?!

I wasn't monitored either if that makes you feel any better. Some poeple do, some don't. I didn't have periods very often, and dind't tend to ovulate, so I guess I wasn't much of a risk of 'over stimulating'.

That makes sense. I already ovulate on my own, so maybe that's why they want to monitor me. Also, usually but not always, gyno's tend to do unmonitored and FS's tend to do monitored.

I have ovulated once in the last year and a half so maybe thats why then as I wont be high risk for over stilumlation either. The FS just said I have to pee once weekly after period, freeze the pee and hand them in once I have four samples. Apparently they can tell everything they need to know from that lol xx

oh I've heard of that before!! If I'd responded at 50mg or 100mg they would have monitored me by pee sample. Lots of women aren't scan monitored, so I wouldn't worry too much. Just let them know if you get any weird pains. x

So how many clomid babies do you have? How many rounds all together have you had?
Hi, I only have one Clomid baby so far. She was born in 2009 on my second cycle of Clomid (first cycle BD wasn't well-timed). No complications at all in that pregnancy. I started ttc#2 last year 2011, and went back on Clomid. Got pregnant on my first cycle of it in 2011, but miscarried at 9 weeks. Resumed ttc in October and got pregnant in November (2nd cycle for that round), but it turned out to be a chemical pregnancy at 4 weeks 3 days.

So I get pregnant easily on Clomid, so far it's just a matter of having a sticky one. I don't think Clomid was the cause in the previous mcs, though. It might have to do with my age (35) and also because I have mild PCOS.

I'm going to take a short break from it and maybe resume sometime in the next few months. This last cycle would've been my 7th.

Are you in the tww? I'm hoping this cycle is successful for you!
