hey jojo, not sure yet which ones but probable clomid, they seem to be the most popular, not tried soy.... never actually heard of it being good for fertility tbh, do you use it? iv been taking raspberry leaf tea and agnus cactus though, both are supposed to seriously help fertility but you have to stop talking them as soon as u ovulate, must be working iv had my first positive ov taking them, i also cut out caffiene too, was so much harder than quiting smoking but i feel better for it now,
make sure you stay lying down with u cusion under you or with your legs in the air for about half an hour after BD i used to be in the habbit of getting up straight after which wasnt helping spermies stay where their supposed to be
if your going to chart OV dont use cheap test sticks they dont often work,
good luck hun
lots and lots of

Hello everyone! :-D
well im on cd 5, took my first dose of soy last night, 161g, holland & barrett, weird doses?!?!? I have tried soy once before on days 1-5 but had no luck, although i defintely had twinges in my ovaries, planning on doing 161g tonight and tomorrow then 207g the last 2 days, im going to do temping but am terrible at remembering to do so, so we will see how that goes! Does anyone know the rules with temping? i.e how long after you've woke up is the temp valid for? and when do you bd with temps? i thought you only knew you'd ovulated after you had with temping?

Hi Ladies,
I am new to this site. Thought I might try something different. Don't really have anyone to talk to about what we are going through. We have been trying for a little over a year. I have gotten pg twice since last July both ended in miscarriage. I was also diagnosed with endo about 2 yrs ago now. I am now on my second round of Femara and I go for cd11 scan in the morning. I do have two children already who are 4 and 2 and we so want more!!!

Hey ladies...can I join

We have been trying 15 months using a donor.
Sometimes I ovulate sometimes I don't. I do use opk's and aways pick up my surge which is weird. I started taking agnus castus 3 months ago, it has made me ovulate this month (progesterone came back at 40n/mol 5dpo)
My 2nd appointment with the FS is next month, so I would like to come of the agnus castus now... as I want everything out my system incase I need more tests... I have been thinking of taking soy but a little concerned coming of the agnus castus may mess up my ovulation dates ..& I can't find any info on how long it takes to get out of your system... and I know both shouldn't be taken together...

I did start temping last month, from the posts I've read you need to take temp before you move at the same time each day but your temp only rises after ovulation x

Hi India, Sorry to hear of your struggles. Has your FS looked at Clomid to make you ovulate on a regular basis? Do they know what the underlying problem may be? I have never taken Soy, but have heard good things, so fingers crossed this is what works for you. Chin up, things will sort themselves out Baby Dust to you ...

Hi Little, I did go today for my scan my follicle was 19.3 so I go Monday to do another scan to see if I can induce ovulation. She did say I might ovulate by myself which will be fine and we will see all of that for sure on Monday. I have always gotten pregnant naturally. My two kids want another baby so bad.

Hey, he hasn't really told me anything as yet he's sent me for a HSG and internal ultrsound.. both came back fine so I'm just waiting on my appointment... although I have put what I have tracked into a chart from the past year.. & had someone take a look and it seems I may have a LP defect... as I think 2 of my blood tests where done on the wrong days ... I am hoping its just going to be a case of taking clomid.. but I guess time will tell... the waits are just soooo long... I'm going in armed with a pen and paper this time lol...
Best of luck to you xxx

Hello eveyone!! Can I join also?

I don't have any kids(yet), but DH and I have been TTC for over 2 1/2 years now and I would love some buddies to talk and struggle with since I dont have anyone to talk to. We have done all testing and so far are "unexplained". I'm CD13 right now and will most likely start clomid this month along with IUI. BABY DUST to everyone!
