No change for me as yet but I've been spotting since AF and its day 11 for me

I think that can be a side affect of soy, I've seen people say that when taking soy this happens! So your not alone x

Since ttc this has happened a lot but not for this amount of time as long as it gives me a strong ovulation I don't mind putting up with it... it just makes it a little difficult to predict think I will go do a bit more research

Hi I am 26, daughter is 5. Was on depo jan-dec 2009 so technically that wore off March 11th 2010. No BC since. Am with same partner since coming off depo.
Had day 5 bloods done jan = mid range normal.

Going back to doc tues to ask for day 21 bloods and ultrasound. Have had several ultrasounds in past for cyst issues but nothing like PCOS/endo ever found. Although have not had scan since late 2010.

any advice and can i join please?

So how's everyone getting on?? I picked up my surge today and have had on off throbbing on both sides all afternoon I usualy only get it on one ...so I hope the soy is doing the trick
