Can you release two eggs a day or so apart?

I'm asking this as im on 100mg of clomid abd always have two very large follicles when I'm scanned and have my HCG injection. Yesterday I was scanned and the doctor said there was one large follicle so gave me my injection but I had got positive opk's from Sunday till Tuesday evening then negative Wednesday morning and had fertile cm on those days which indicated I had ovulated but when I was scanned it showed I have a large follicle still and waiting to ovulate yet my cm is now very thick and creamy which they say isn't fertile. So I was wondering is it possible to release an egg on Tuesday then another egg Wednesday/Thursday

When multiple ovulation occurs, it usually happens within a 24 hour period or so, since the progesterone released from the corpus luteum of the first ovarian follicle will prevent the maturation of other follicles.

It does happen, but I believe not very frequently, and as the previous poster said, usually in quicker succession. If indeed you did ov again, the chances are that you would not be able to catch the eggy as your body has registered the first ov and changed your cm.

Anyone know, if you release more than one egg and end up with more than one fertilized, will they implant at the same time/same day or not?

They can implant within 24 hours of each other or sometimes a few days apart. just depends on how long each take to travel down the Fallopian tubes.
if you search on fertility friend for twin pregnancy charts some of them have 2 implantation dips.

I had one temp dip and one day of very little spotting, but these two things were 5 days apart! IDK...I'm going to test tonight. Thanks for the info.
