Buckwheat Farinetta flour for fertility

I don't normally post in here but I was cleaning out my cupboards and remembered something that might some of you ladies.

I have polycystic ovaries without the syndrome but I still experienced anovulatory and irregular menses. One day, I came across Buckwheat Farinetta flour for symptoms of pcos. I honestly think this was what made me ovulate and become regular.

It contains D-chiro-inositol which is helpful for pcosers. I bought a bag of flour online and made muffins out of them. They didn't taste great but I'm also horrible when it comes to baking

Bake a few batches and freeze them. Eat one or two for breakfast daily. Good luck and baby dust to all in here
