Is it AF or isn't it? (TMI warning)

First off Happy Easter to those that celebrate!

Normally I take 7 to 10 days of provera and wait a week and AF shows. But
since doing fertility drugs AF has been coming on her own randomly.

Friday I spotted a tiny bit brown. Yesterday was a little brown and a couple of times when I wiped it was bright red. So far today is the same thing. I have the normal AF symptoms I usually get (cystic acne and diarrhea) when AF is here or near.

So is this considered a true flow or not? I ask because I'm supposed to have day 3 bloodwork done on Tuesday and a saline sonogram on Thursday which is supposed to be done days 6 to 12. I don't want to mess up the tests if this is not true AF. My last Gonal F shot was Thursday March 27th so that's about 1.5 weeks ago.
