My husband and I have been dealing with infertility for about 3.5 years now.

I did 3 unsuccessful rounds of clomid almost a year ago.. and then we decided to take a break..until now. I have one more round left that we decided we want to take once my period shows (within the next week)

Anyone going to be taking clomid or some other form of medication/procedure within the next week or so that wants to be buddies? I would like to compare signs/symptoms and just be a support system for each other.

Hi Jasiellover. I'm not on the same time frame as you, but I take clomid as well and just had my second IUI on Monday. I've been taking clomid for I believe 8 months now...the time just blurrs together after a while. I know you are looking for someone who's around your same cycle time, so feel free to tell me to get lost...lol. But I'm here if you'll have a buddy in me.

I unfortunately am not on the same cycle time either. Mine is actually messed up a little since having a chemical pregnancy last month. I am on CD 20 and still waiting to ovulate. This is my third round of Clomid. I know my symptoms from being on clomid and getting pregnant on it so feel free to ask me any questions that you may have. Even thouogh we are not on the same time frame I would love to be buddies.

Hi Jasiellover! I'm looking for a buddy too. I am about to hit the 4 year mark (yikes). I stopped taking depo-provera shots in 2008 - I think that's why it's taking me so long! I have not tried Clomid, yet. I had the HSG in December and was hopeful that I'd get pregnant following it, but didn't.
I am now going to try acupuncture and relaxation.

Anyhow, I am going to say that today is Cycle day 1 (been spotting for a few day but much heavier today). So we will be on similar cycles?!?!

I hope this is the month for both of us!

I have been trying since September 2010, so for 20 months. I'm hoping this is it for us. We will know in a couple of weeks.

Angelria- So sorry to hear about your chemical. I can't imagine how stressful that must make everything..even more than it already is! I really hope this next month is it for you. Thanks for responding. It's nice to know I can bring my clomid questions to you! This will be my fourth round of clomid.. but I haven't taken it in so long I almost forget what I'm in for! I can't believe this is going to be the FOURTH though.. gets discouraging.

Needababynow- In August it will be around the four year mark for me too NOO that's so scary. I really hope acupunture and relaxation helps you. I am really thinking about trying acupunture so you'll have to let me know how it goes! I'll try anything at this point LOL. I would love to be buddies though! AF still hasn't showed but I'm feeling miserable and cramping like crazy so I know she'll be here in a few days. Baby dust to us!!

NoDoubt- I REALLY hope this is it for you. I know some ladies get discouraged when they buddy up with someone and then they end up falling pregnant, but if it's someone I know has been struggling just like me, I actually get hopeful. It's nice to see people transition out of this stupid infertility and getting their little one. I hope this is your month!
