Possible cervical polyp?

So I was feeling my cervixs because I use the possition to track ovulation, i never ovulate but incase I do I don't want to miss it so I track all the signs all the time. Well today I was feeling my cevix and right by the opening I felt a small round bump that was hard. I am thinking that it may be a cervical polyp. I have never had one before.

I am currently on cd11 I did take soy iso this cycle so I am wondering if this could be the cause.

I am wondering if someone can tell me more about this, like personal stories, also tell me if you think it could be something else.

I am planning on going to the doctor but I read online that they may not even do anything about it so is it even worth going in?

My last question is: If I let it go can it effect my fertility?

I have pcos, if that makes a difference

thank you
