An unbaptized publisher is someone who has studied and come to a fairly accurate knowledge of the bible, and is then seen fit to and wants to share in the preaching work, to go out witnessing from door to door representing one of Jehovahs Witnesses ( as Jesus commanded his followerd to preach the good news of gods coming kingdom)

The next step on from that is baptism, this is never done as infants as infant baptism does not fit the Biblical definition of baptism or the Biblical method of baptism. Its a man made tradition

The Bible is abundantly clear of what baptism is, who it is for, and what it accomplishes. In the Bible, only believers who had placed their faith in Christ were baptized - as a public testimony of their faith and identification with Him (Acts 2:38; Romans 6:3-4). Water baptism by immersion is a step of obedience after faith in Christ. It is a proclamation of faith in Christ, a statement of submission to Him, and an identification with His death, burial, and resurrection.

With this in view, infant baptism is not a Biblical practice. An infant cannot place his or her faith in Christ. An infant cannot make a conscious decision to obey Christ. An infant cannot understand what water baptism symbolizes. The Bible does not record any infants being baptized. Infant baptism is the origin of the sprinkling and pouring methods of baptism - as it is unwise and unsafe to immerse an infant under water. Even the method of infant baptism fails to agree with the Bible

Hope i havent offended, just though you may wonder why they didnt get baptized as children etc.

So in a nutshell lol, an unbaptized publisher is the step before baptism, and obviously ministry is to continue on after that, until armageddon. Matthew 24:14 - "and this good news will be preached in all the inhabited earth, for a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come"

Hope ive been of some help again

Ohh okay thank you
Do you have to go that far though? Could you still follow your religion without becoming and unbaptised publisher or baptised?

Im sorry for all the questions but you have been a big help
And you haven't offended me, my religion quite different though - we get baptized as babies.

Well technically you can believe, live your life in accordance with the bible (fully), but you are not making a full dedication to God if you dont, and thats very important, the whole purpose really. You are not identified, truly, as one of Jehovahs witnesses until you are baptized iykwim

Jesus said to "go therefore making disciples, baptizing them" so its seen as a true dedication as one of his, and God's (Jehovah's) followers.

x

And really with what u learn you want to tell others about the wonderful hope in the bible, so it kind of drives you towards it anyway x
