I will be doing the wrapping when they are in bed, whilst watching a christmas film.
Then they are stored in a big cupboard in our bedroom until xmas eve (we made the mistake of putting them out earlier last year and lots of pressies had finger shaped holes in the wrapping from Amelia! )

xXx

They're in bed but we have to wait a long time and really sneak about because dd1 has ears like a bat and would hear everything, hear the draw open for the scissors and every little piece of sellotape being peeled.
If they spot any presents we tell them that we're helping Santa and he'll come and collect them for checking (its only dd2 that believes this now though)

Usually when she's in bed, however this year I have booked a day off each week when she is at nursery this month to get some rest, so I'll do it then.

We are moving house in the new year and the new house has a loft ladder so at least next year I'll be able to get up there easily to hide them away

I like the idea that Santa's presents don't get wrapped. I have been dreading tackling that bloody Piglet with wrapping paper
