I've just bought a frozen bonless thing from Tesco for a £5...

I don't know when I will pop and there is NO way I can risk OH cooking for needed something easy to do.

It's not big, but I will also get a ham and salmon (similar to the easy cook turkey).

Not to mention my OH hates Christmas and roasts, so I'm only really feeding me and DD lol.

We buy a full bird from the local turkey farm. It is quite expensive but I like that fact that it's organic, free range and local and it tastes fab. We had one from morrisons a few years ago and didn't like it. My Mum bought a frozen one from Sainsburys about 5 years ago and it tasted and smelt of fish.
