Does anyone else feel like this? I feel that I am getting a little better and then I go backwards again.  At least it`s not one step forward two steps back! |

I felt like I was doing so much better these last 2 months and now I feel like I just got punched in my face I just want Tomorrow to be over, everywhere I turn there are reminders .
