You need an account with them, need to have so much credit available, up to date with your payments, and I think you need to agree to getting sent the next directory. Just sign into your account and if you meet all the requirements, there should be a bit there on the side about the vip sale

well i went at 7am , cudnt even get babygrows

all tops for my 3yr old were jumpers for winter, the end of season july sale is better x
