Can't decide... Please help? My4 or Oyster.

I am really struggling to choose between the Mothercare My4 pram and the Oyster.

Both are very similar but does anyone have any experience with either? I really like the look of both of them but the Oyster is nearly £200 more expensive as you have to but a separate travel cot as well as adapters when using the maxi cosi car seat. The only benefit that I can see with the Oyster is that is slightly smaller making it a little easier to manoeuvre, but is that really worth the extra money? I can’t find many reviews online that can help.

First time mum really in need of some advice! Thanks

Hi, I have the My4 and I love it. My lo is 3 months and so I have only used it with the car seat or the seat unit in pram mode. It is really small and compact with the car seat on and easy to manoeuvre. When in pram mode it does take a little getting used to as it is quite long but I'm thinking once in pushchair mode the seat unit will be tilted so it wont be an issue.
I find it really easy to swap between the different options and fold up etc.
I dont have any experience of the oyster though.

we have the MY3 so my chasis is different but all the basics are the same, i havnt used it outside yet but iv had a bloody good play with it and its so simple, which is one of the resons we bought it fold down is numbered 1, 2, 3 so you cannot go wrong! the materials are lovely and very cosy for the wee one

i also had a play with oyster, i didnt like the bumper bar it looked miss placed to me, i found the hood flimsy and i read and in ordinate amount of negative reviews which put me off. good luck and play with both its such a big purchase x
