Access agreement by court?

I was just wondering is there a specific amount of times that FOBs are allowed or minimum and maximum times?

When FOB finally decided when to have LO, it went from 10-2 on a Saturday to 10-1. Now i've told him LO is starting ballet so he can only have her after 11. So i said to him, you can have her later if you want and he said no 11-1 is fine.

So 2 hours once a week?! Why even bother? I rather him just not see her at all then! Not fair on LO either, not that she is excited to see him anyway...

No i haven't gone to court. I don't like the idea of it. I was just wondering off those who have gone to court, how do they decide the times FOBs have access?

Sorry if that was confusing.
