Lower lumbar pain help?

For months now I've been suffering lower lumbar pain and it's gotten to the point I can no longer bend over, and I'm almost in tears it hurts so bad. I can't sleep because of it because no matter how I lay it hurts. I've tried pillow support and nothing. My doctors don't give a shit and shrug it off saying it'll get better after Blake is born. No amount of massage, heat, or ice helps.

Honestly I can't take it anymore. It's interfering with my work, my sleep, my life. Has anyone else been experiencing this and found a way to make it hurt even a little less?

I don't have this sorry but Try maybe a warm bath before bed? It might not get rid of the pain totally, but might help you to relax a bit and sleep better! Maybe try taking some paracetamol (or your equivalent) if it gets really bad too. Just try not to over do with too much bending and stuff if you don't need to. If you have to bend down do it with your knees! (Honestly I always used to just lean over with my back and it would get so sore!) Resting it will probably help too!

What helped me with my lower back pain was to do knee-chest exercises. I would pretty much sit on my knees and lean forward over them. They don't feel good as they stretch your back while you're doing them, but they helped in the long run. I'm carrying towards the back, so it just helped relieve some of the pressure my uterus was putting on my back. Hope you feel better!

I had that my doctor gave me a prescription for a Lumbar support belt. I wear it during the day and have no pains at night, I can even roll over in bed now without pain.
Sorry you have to go through the pain I know how it sucks, it even hurts when you try to lift your legs! Hope you find some relief hun.
