those pregnant with #2 or have 2 LO's

Do you plan on using a double or Do you use one?
Which one do you use / plan on getting?
Will most likely get one as LO likes to run off and doesn't always co-operate and tbh i think he still will by the time i have #2
He will be almost 2 1/2

I'm not as i don't drive and the buses round here are horrendous, i usually can never get a single pram on (even though its pretty small) so i've no chance with a double, will just be putting new one in a carrier with Jayden in the pram or putting new 1 in the pram and letting Jayden walk as i've just got him one of those littlelife backpack rein things since he won't hold my hand when out, also the pavements round here are full of dog shit, (sorry haha) so i'd imagine we would end up getting it on the double due to having plenty of near misses with a single. My sisters 2 kids were close in age and she got a double though didn't go out much so was just used for shops/town trips ocassional x

hmmm i quite like the idea of a carrier. would LO be okay in there in winter though? i just feel they'd be a little more exposed than in a cosy toes ect. (sorry i know nothing about carriers lol!!)
I do walk quite a bit which i why i don't think LO will be willing to walk so far. Plus i don't fancy food shopping with morgan not strapped into his buggy it just sounds to me like a nightmare. I can see myself spending most of my days in the childrens centre where i know he can run riot lol!

Oh no baby wraps/carriers are great in the winter too. You just have to bundle the baby up like you would normally. Plus the closeness of them to your body gives off lots of warmth also.

i dont have a double, too expensive and probably too heavy for me lol, and also buses rarely have room for my basic little buggy so i doubt i'll be allowed on the buses with a double lol.
so i either hold my toddlers hand and put her in her reins and hold her hand as well whilst pushing the baby in his pram (maxi cosi car seat on wheels, best pram ive ever had! light and easy, so i can push one handed), or i put the baby in a carrier and push my toddler in her buggy. putting my toddler in the buggy is easiest as its quicker. and then pushing the baby in his pram, is sooo slow, as im pushing it one handed and holding onto my toddler... plus the buses are easier to have my little girl strapped in...
i suppose it depends on how much youd be using a buggy as to whether its worth it or not like if your always out and about, and dont drive or anything so rely on walking or busing, taxi etc, and then how youd manage with a double or a single in those situations...
best of luck hope you find the buggy / pram that works best for you!!

so like a snowsuit and hat/gloves. hmmmm may look into this as it will be a load cheaper than forking out £200 + for a new pushchair. I already have a stroller for LO and a bigger pushchair which has a lie flat part which i didnt even use with morgan as i didn't buy it till he was a few months old! also going to research those reins as i just bought some cheaper ones and well tbh there rubbish

thanks everyone, you've gave me alot to consider. Didn't even think about a carrier but definatly going to consider that plus with LO being almost 2 1/2 when new baby comes i'm just thinking of how long he'll actually fit in a buggy cause they only go up to like 3 don't they and then i'll have wasted a fair bit for it not to be used.

Really look into carriers, as some are really rubbish and bad for your back/and babys spine, theres a masssssive thread somewhere on bnb and theres a photo which shows how babys legs should be, so try and avoid bjorn style ones and get one where the legs are distributed, if i'm making sense rambling as usual lol, before i got pregnant i was able to carry jayden on my back for 3-4 hours at a time without needing a break and he's quite a chubba! xxx
