First day of maternity leave today...

And it SUCKED! I spent all of today wishing I was at work. I always used to moan at working weekends and now I wish I could go back tomorrow Im actually just going to die of boredom if my baby boy doesn't show up soon. I don't get how some people can choose to be unemployed (obvs excluding people who can't work or are looking for a job) life is so bring without working.

PLEEEEAAAAAAAASEEE COME SOON OAKLEY

Going for a walk on the beach with OH and the pup tomorrow then I'm gonna wash and hoover my car in the hope it'll help things along. As I can't scrub the bathroom or kitchen floors I'm hoping my car will be a suitable substitute lol

i've taken a gap year to catch up on my 6th form work for next year + now that i've finished everything i'm so bored sucks ass! i think i've left it a bit too late to do some volunteering or a job as i probably only have a few weeks until i have to leave to have baby and i can't go back during 6th form obv
looks like i'm gonna have to put up with jeremy kyle + loose women for a bit longer!

A girl at my work just came back from maternity leave and her advice to me was to REST as much as possible in the last few weeks. She didn't and regretted it because it was so tiring once the baby came.

Take advantage of these boring days, you'll prob never have them again!

I havent done anything since last summer... I have been so so so bored, everyday I wished I was back in school or at work. Now that I have a baby I dont have time to do anything and it's full-time job so I recommend: rest as much as possible on these last couple of weeks!!! You never have time when you have a baby
