I've only recently found out I was pregnant, and I am now 33 weeks with a boy. I'm newly 18 and I can't help but feel like I'm missing out and that I'm not going to be able to feel sexy again. I dont feel repulsive or anything but I'm just feeling like I'm missing out on everything and my body is going to ruined forever. I'm also worried about letting myself go after I give birth. Does anyone else feel like this?
Yes, all the time. But it's normal. Just do little things to make yourself feel better. Sometimes we feel like shit but a lot of people have told me that I look better since I got Pregnant.... I also worry about letting myself go but just keep some motivation to keeping your body fit. Write down a few things you'd like to do after your son is born when you have time, you can work out at your home after he has arrived. That's what I plan to do. Don worry though, your body will go back to normal if you keep to your goals. But don't forget to treat yourself to things you like or like to do, and keep yourself esteem up! Xoxo
they say it takes 9 months to put on the weight, it should take at least 9 to lose it.. as long as you're eating healthy, you'll be okay.. just be patient and don't beat yourself up too bad afterwards.. we'll have each other in baby club for motivation!
