TMI but I so need to vent.

I'm soooo....

CONSTIPATED!

It's awful! OH thinks it's hilarious, teasing me everytime he goes to the loo. I was terribly constipated with LO and went to the doctors, was given 'Lactulose solution' I took it, and it was the worst time of my life! Couldn't get off the loo, it was horrible. So I don't wanna go to the docs this time, just so constipated seriously. Any home remedies anyone?!

My poor bowels!!

Sorry, i'm not from the teen section (im 23) but saw this and didn't want to R&R!! Sorry you're feeling crap, I had this sooo bad about 3 weeks ago. I was also given Lactulose, but also Fybogel (a fibre based orange flavoured drink). I only took 5ml of Lactulose a day so I didn't get stuck on the toilet all the time, and also drank the fybogel mix twice a day. Within 3 days everything was back to normal (thank god!). Hope this helps!

you know what helps me when I'm trying to go? lean to the left and right side, and it will help get things moving.. you will feel stupid and awkward while you do it, but it will really help a lot! I think the baby and everything puts a lot of pressure on your bowls, so if you rotate around you'll loosen things up a bit
