Getting worried is it too early for this pain?

I am ten weeks and I am getting very bad back pains... I feel like I have lifted something heavy and really hurt something but it isn't going away. The thing that is the most worrying is I haven't even got a belly yet how will I cope when I am in my second and third trimester. I have my first prenatal in 2 weeks so I will ask my Doctor then but was wondering if anyone is having this problem??

I've had back pain since around 2-3 weeks, it's one reason how I knew I was pregnant it's always been almost chronic and it feels strained a lot of the time, so it may just be a symptom, hope you haven't damaged anything!

It's normal to get cramping/stretching sort of pain because your uterus is growing and it can cause a lot of stress on your stomach area and back. Just try to keep calm until you visit with your dr again. I'm sure you are fine.

i suffered terrible back pain with both of my pregnancies during the first trimester. it seems to ease off for me during 2nd and return with a vengence during 3rd!

what you need to remember is your muscles arent used to all this baby growing buisness, its like going to the gym for the first time, your more than certainly going to get aches and pains as muscles stretch in ways that they dont normally

try not to worry too much x

Iam now 37 weeks pregnant with my second, and I had that problem in the begining with both. It is basically just your body starting to make changes and stretching pains will probably start soon for you as well. I would still tell your ob just in case especially if this is your first just to be cautious and be sure you aren't having any severe issues. Goodluck!
