So, as the thread is titled, we told OH's parents last night, over the phone. We first phoned his dad, as I was bricking it about his mum. But his dad was over the moon! He's coming round tonight to celebrate with us. So that was a relief. Then, came the time to phone his mum, I went out of the room for this one, as with my previous pregnancy, FOB's mother hated me. So I was worried history would repeat itself. I was listening to the conversation through the walls, and all I heard was 'You're going to be a Nanny' and then I actually heard a high-pitched scream from his mother, a scream of complete happiness, she's ecstatic!! Massive weight lifted off my shoulders, everyone's happy and excited, she was texting me all night talking about what she wanted to buy for bambino, it's just such a lovely feeling, as with my LO, things were always so hard, as I only had my family on my side, but this one, and my LO, will now have a huuuuge extended family to love them always. Couldn't be happier at the moment!!
