panic, panic, panic!

so recently ive been getting pains in my stomach, sometimes it feels like period pain, then the pain will go up to near my chest and feel almost like a stitch, ive seen the emergency doctor and he felt around my stomach and took a urine sample, he said everything was normal, but i cant stop worrying!, ive had no bleeding or anything like that but all ive been doing is panicing about it :/ xx

It sounds like round ligament pain from where your body is growing and changing. It can get pretty bad but it's nothing to worry about. It's perfectly normal and if it gets too bad you can try streching, taking a warm (not hot) bath, or taking some Tylenol. I wouldn't worry about bumping your belly. Baby is very well protected in there.
