SO sore!! Pre-eclampsia?

The top of my bump has been KILLING me on and off for the past week- 2 weeks. I've also had a few more dizzy spells than usual. Is all this normal, or should I make sure my OB checks me out very well at my next appointment?

A lot of regular pregnancy symptoms can be mimicked in pre-e and anemia, but really unless you are bleeding, swelling, or feel completely and utterly exhausted I wouldn't worry yourself to death over it. Mention it at your next appointment and they will make sure to check your blood pressure if for some reason they don't usually.

Your OB should be checking your BP every appointment. Definitely mention it though!
