What do you feed your 12 month old?

I'm having such a hard time deciding on what to give Cayden. I hate cooking & I know I need to just suck it up and do it for my health & my family's but ughh I'm just so impatient! Anyway, took my daughter to her 12 month check up and they told me she needs to start eating more....I think a lot of it has to do with her daycare too :l

So, what do you guys feed your kids? She doesn't have any allergic reactions yet...I'm so helpless it's not even funny.

Violet will eat pretty much everything we eat, but for some ideas - macaroni and cheese, wholewheat toast with mashed banana on top, grilled chicken and pasta, porridge with raisins or apple for breakfast, lasagna. She tends to eat cheerios and raisins for a snack. As long as there's not too much salt in what you eat then she can have it.

Corey eats everything we eat. His favorites are Mac & cheese, apple sauce, ravioli, and oatmeal.

We stopped making separate meals for Alexander at that age and just started giving him whatever we ate, just in smaller potions. The only things he doesn't get are nuts and that's just because of chocking hazards. He still eats peanut butter. We also started giving him water at mealtimes, even though he was and is still breastfed.

By 1 DD1 ate whatever we did. Some of her favs at that age were pasta, jacket potatos with cheese, toast, macoroni cheese (homemade not the plastic stuff from tins!), any kind of fruit and hard boiled eggs.

What toughest for me is that I feel like she's not eating enough?! I give her tiny incraments but how do I know if she's full?! She eats for like 3 mins and then strts playing with her food. then it's impossible to feed her.

Whatever we eat as long as it's not too sugary or full of salt.

Pasta, casserole, fish fingers, fish cakes, there's all sorts to make that really doesn't take much effort
