How old was your LO when you first spent a night away from them?

Question is in the title really (:

I left Oliver with OH's mum for an evening last week and it felt really strange.

xx

I've not left him over night, and I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it until he could speak, so 2+ anyway.

We left her with MIL when she was around 3 months, I came back later that evening. Didn't leave her for the whole night until she was around 7 months.

This is exactly how I feel about leaving LO with anyone except my MIL.

I've flat out told my mom LO is not spending the night with her until she can SPEAK and tell me herself what happened. I just would not feel comfortable.

I haven't yet, I do go out sometimes after she's asleep but I always wake up with her.

When she was 6 months.
I hate it though, I didn't even get a full nights sleep because I kept having to get up to express I was uncomfortable

Overnight? I haven't yet, he doesn't sleep through the night unless he's in our bed though so I wouldn't do it.

For a few hours - at 3 months, I went to a gig.
