Green Poop?

My son is 10 days old, i tried to breastfeed the day he was born but i didnt have milk so we started bottle feeding in the hospital. Well i noticed the day before yesterday he had green poop. It was usually yellow and seedy but now its soft and green kinda darker to. His stool is not hard or runny its just simply green! Is this something i should be worried about? I just checked his temp and its 98.0 so i dont think hes sick but hes also started to spit up more often after feeding and has puked a few times. The hospital had him on Gerber Goodstart Gentle so when we came home i just kept feeding him that because i didnt want to switch. He has his first appointment Tuesday the 20th but should i be worried and try to get in early? Im alway worried about him and now this is just driving me crazy. I just called a nurse at the hospital he was born in and she said "its unusual, but not to worry unless it becomes loose" Well if its that unusual im gonna freaking worry

no no no, that is completely normal for bottle feeding! Breastfed babies will have yellow poop. No need to worry

It sounds fine to me. Just watch to see if he gets tummy pain, fussy, or loose mucousy stools as it can be a sign of intolerance to the formula x
