Hey girlies, now that my bump is now a baby I'm finally moving over to this section  I'm Josie, I'm 18 and my son, Oakley was born 24th March weighing 8lbs 3oz - the midwife's guess was 6lbs from my bump til she broke my waters and the tiniest trickle came out  I had a nice short labour (bout 5 hours) but had a horrible experience with the midwives  I had to beg for an internal about 10 times before getting one as they just kept telling me it was "too soon" as I was still probably only 2cm 3 hours later but I knew something was up cos I was getting urges to push!  stupid women!!! Anyway, here's some pics of my little man, he's just amazing. His face is a little less puffy now but he still looks like a grumpy old man to me  xxOn the boob in hosp  At home in bed |

So many people have stories about the midwives just not listening. It makes me so mad, what happened to mama's intution!? Your little man is gorgeous!! He looks so content! Congrats, sweetie. |
