Brogan grew out of this before she was 2, however where she left off wiggles picked up from except he has a much higher pitched scream that would curdle your blood, I don't know if he screams more because he doesn't talk as well as she did but I can't ever see an end to him screaming, its extremely wearing.
Emma pretty much screams all day. Some days are better than others but when she is tired especially... It definitely drives me up the wall. She will screech just because she can sometimes. I think she likes listening to herself. I often wonder what the neighbors must think. I try my best to ignore the actual screams but at the same time, figure out what she wants. I can't wait until she can just tell me what she wants.
My Lo screams and my god has she got a set of lungs on her.
It depends on what kind of scream it is, whether its becasue she wants somethng, or attention or shes happy or angry. If shes screaming at me in anger Ill tell her to be quiet or even sit her down away from me if its getting too much for my liking (this is how we are disiplinging atm)
However if its anything other than a im angry an shouting at you scream I just talk more quietly to her or ignore it completly. Its all just a phase in a big long line of phases
Phoebe is a screamer as well but its usually when she doesn't want to do something or she gets frustrated. She is being really naughty at the moment, she has learnt 'no' and we are into full on tantrums when we are out.
Caitlyn doesn't scream anymore because time out really bothers her. Does time out bother him? If it isn't a punishment to him and it isn't making him think about what he's doing maybe re-think how you punish him?
I'm so tired I nearly wrote punch instead of punish so if that makes no sense just ignore me
