Mummmys who have bought LO's bikes...

As my son is turning 3 soon he has asked for a bike...the question is what inch wheels do i buy? Went to halfords and they measured his height and said he would need a bike with 12inch wheels however when he was riding it, he looked far too big for it...it looked asthough it would only last him a few months...how did you decide what inch wheels you got...and if your toddler is around my sons age what size have you littlle people got? xx

my son is 3 and seen one in toys r us at that is 10inch that we are getting him looked perfect for him plus as he grows seat goes up. X

sorry hubby said it was 10 inch but it 12, but seat was lowest it would go yeah seat just moves up and down. can't wait to get it for him. have you got a toys r us by you? just go down and try him on one, i don't really rate halfords tbh xx

it's difficult isn't it! I want to get my LO a bike for his birthday but want one that's going to last at least a year really. Let me know which one you get!

Thanks levichips...i have a toyrus up the road...think i will pay them a visit and see what they say...also love that bike!...halfords didnt have any as cute as that! Thankyou very much
