Toddler with an "adult" pillow

I'm staying at my mums and she has given ruby a pillow and she loves it. It is an allergy free one but meant for adults...Ruby is 21 mths, do u think it's safe?

Earl's had an adult pillow since he was 13 months - he had a really bad cold and needed to be propped up at night, and he now wont be parted with it! lol

No problems here.

morgan has an adult allergy free pillow, one night she was sick and it went onto her baby pillow so we bought her an adult one and she is fine with it x

Molly has had an adult one sine she was just about 1.

My son has had an adult pillow since he was about a yr old and he's been fine

Omar has adult pillow since he was few months old as I used it under the bedsheets to elevate his cot. At 10 months he started to pull it out, & sleep directly on it. Omar lovs his pillow
